This piece designed for Trus’ second collection ties back to the brands roots of paying homage to all things feminine by highlighting the female body and form and adorning it with a ruby and diamond. This stone is commonly associated with the root chakra in Tantra and ancient meditative practices. The root chakra is highlighted as a deep red hue and represents a basis for our bodies development from conception and is a source of vital energy throughout our lifespan. Each of these rings bears pink sapphires, however, in conjunction with the asymmetry of the bust, several hues of pink sapphires adorn the ring to further emphasis the likeness, or lack there of, in our bodies.
